These terms apply when you subscribe to or use IntelMCP. By using it, you accept them.

The service

IntelMCP provides search and monitoring of messages collected from public Telegram channels and groups, accessed through Claude or other compatible clients. Purchases are made through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record.

Your account

One subscription is for one person's sign-in. Do not share your access or let others use your account.

Acceptable use

Use IntelMCP only for lawful security research, threat intelligence and defence. Do not use it to harass, expose or target individuals, to plan or support attacks, or to break any law. We may suspend accounts that do.

The content

Messages in IntelMCP are third-party content as posted on Telegram. They are not verified, and they may be false, misleading or offensive. You are responsible for how you judge and use them. Do not redistribute, resell or publish the collected data in bulk.

Availability

IntelMCP is provided "as is", without guarantees of availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. Features may change. Fair-use limits apply to the number of tool calls and searches, to keep the service available for everyone.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Ending the service

You can cancel at any time (see the refund policy). We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms.

IntelMCP is an independent service. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Telegram.

Changes

We will post changes on this page and update the date above. Continuing to use IntelMCP after a change means you accept it.
